By accessing antehq.com or using the ANTE iOS beta, Discord, or any related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting and DFS are legal to use the Services. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Services.

2. What ANTE is — and isn't

ANTE is an analytics tool. We surface data, identify potential +EV opportunities, and help you track your own picks. ANTE is not a sportsbook. ANTE does not place bets. ANTE does not sell picks. All wagering decisions are yours, made on the sportsbook or DFS site of your choice.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Sports betting and DFS involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ANTE makes no promise that any pick will win or that any user will be profitable. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or rebrand the Services.
• Do not use the Services to commit fraud or violate any law.

5. SMS messages

When you opt in by providing your mobile number, you authorize ANTE to send SMS messages about your account, your beta invite, and product updates. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANTE disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
