This Privacy Policy explains how ANTE (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use antehq.com (the “Site”), the ANTE iOS beta, our Discord community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

- Mobile number — collected so we can text your beta invite and important account updates.
- Email (optional) — if you choose to share it, used for product updates and account recovery.
- Account & contact info — Discord handle and any details you provide on the beta waitlist or in support requests.
- Usage data — pages visited, screens viewed, filters used, and product features tapped. Used to improve the product.
- Device data — browser type, OS, screen size, IP-derived city/country, and referrer. Collected via standard server logs and lightweight analytics.
- Communications — messages you send to us (SMS, email, Discord, in-app).
2. How we use information
- Deliver your beta invite and operate the Services.
- Send transactional SMS and email related to your account, your waitlist status, and product updates you opted into.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
3. SMS messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from ANTE about your beta invite, product updates, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vetted vendors who help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, SMS delivery, email delivery), and where required by law.
5. Your rights

6. Age requirement
The Services are intended for users 18 and older in jurisdictions where sports betting and DFS are legal. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
